A-One Pallet was started by Brian Bush and Bob Irvin in the summer of 1995. Brian and Bob had worked in the pallet industry since 1991 and had always worked together learning the business. In the spring of 1995, they decided to venture out on their own, implementing their own ideas of how to run a successful business. The business immediately began to grow because of our customer relations and customer service, and in October of 1995, A-One Pallet Distributing, Inc. was the name given to the thriving business. The name became official in January of 1996, when we incorporated.
A-One Pallet currently employs a full time office staff which manages the front desk receptionist duties, sales, safety, transportation, logistics, scheduling, accounting, and legal services. We also employ a full warehouse staff operating on a 3 shift schedule, which is responsible for production, maintenance, and inventory. We operate our own truck fleet which consists of our own drivers, semi-tractor trailers, and flatbed trailers. All employees have the opportunity to receive full employee benefits to put toward individual healthcare and/or retirement plans.
